Find out what’s happening in your city! Check the council calendar below to find out when council and committee meetings are happening. On this page, you’ll also find meeting agendas, minutes, and video recordings, and a link to our livestream page so you can watch a meeting that’s in progress.

Agendas, minutes and videos

Click on the meeting date in the calendar below and then scroll down to the “Search Results” table, or use the “Search” tool below by entering criteria such as date range or meeting type. If there is a link available for an agenda, minutes, or video, you’ll see it in the corresponding column.

We post agendas the Friday before the meeting and videos by approximately 3pm the day after the meeting. Minutes are posted after they've been approved at the next council meeting. 

Indexed agenda

For an indexed version of a meeting agenda, go to the “Agenda” column in the “Search Results” table and click on the “HTML” link. The indexed version allows you to click on a specific item so you can view the related document(s) or video.
